• Jan. 5 - Aug. 31, 2009...$260 night, $1,800 weekly (7 nights), monthly rate (inquire)
• Sept. 1 - Nov. 15, 2009...$250 night, $1,730 weekly     

        ** Christmas Season...December 13, 2008 - January 4, 2009 ... $325 daily, $2,245 weekly

       ** Easter Holiday Season... April 6 thru April19, 2009...$335 daily, $2,245 weekly

Terms:

• We require an initial Deposit of 50% upon booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. 50% of deposit is refundable less $50 processing fee if reservation is canceled 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refund of deposit if canceled 30 days or less prior to scheduled arrival.

• A damage deposit of $1,000 (credit card number or check must be deposited prior to check in.) and guest must sign and return a Short Term Rental Agreement (to be provided by Owner).

• Minimum of 6 nights minimum stay.

• Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Guests must sign a Short Term Rental Agreement prior to arrival.

• Maid service for stays greater than 7 days is provided at no cost.  Guests may request additional maid service for $30 which includes complete cleaning and linen service.

• Free phone service (VoIP) to the US, UK, France, Spain, Ireland and other selected European, Asian and South American countries is available to landline numbers. ** Note: There may be a small surchage for calling overseas cell phone numbers to some countries.  Any phone charges will be deducted from the damage deposit.
